SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within the United States. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery (2-4 business days).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping to additional countries is coming soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply contact our customer service team at support@kgrayson.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! We're happy to exchange items for a different size, subject to availability. Contact us and we'll arrange the exchange for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
SIZING & FIT
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! We believe fashion is for every body. Many of our styles are available in extended sizes. Check out our Plus Size collection for a curated selection.
